Youth Olympic Weightlifting
No matter what sport an athlete chooses to participate in, strength and conditioning will be a part of that journey. And one of the best applications of strength work is Olympic weightlifting. Youth athletes from every sport can participate in Olympic weightlifting and benefit from it.
Our youth program focuses on the proper technique for lifting weights. Teaching kids how to move correctly is our goal.
SPS is the largest Olympic weightlifting facility in the country and the perfect place to introduce your young athlete to strength work.

Youth Sports performance programming
Strength training classes to help youth athletes develop speed, power, and strength that transfers to sport performance. The strength training programs and coaching techniques used are designed to improve strength, coordination, and range of motion to improve athletic performance and mitigate injury risk in youth athletes. All classes are led by a certified strength and conditioning coach to ensure safe and efficient exercise technique. Classes are open to and can benefit athletes from all sports.
